678 active listings, 94 sold listings. Sales-to-active listings ratio is 13.9 per cent. List prices are ranging from $163,400 to $2,298,000. Median list price is $388,800.
Vancouver West detached homes:
830 active listings, 105 sold listings. Sales-to-active listings ratio is 12.7 per cent. List prices are ranging from $948,000 to $23,800,000. Median list price is $2,888,000.
Vancouver West attached homes:
1947 active listings, 200 sold listings. Sales-to-active listings ratio is 10.3 per cent. List prices are ranging from $159,000 to $35,000,000. Median list price is $599,000.
Richmond detached homes:
885 active listings, 70 sold listings. Sales-to-active listings ratio is 7.9 per cent. List prices are ranging from $588,000 to $6,888,000. Median list price is $1,299,000.
Richmond attached homes:
1241 active listings, 96 sold listings. Sales-to-active listings ratio is 7.7 per cent. List prices are ranging from $103,000 to $2,600,000. Median list price is $429,000.
